Module 7

Cases

Read the vignette and the report, commit to an interpretation and say how sure you are, then compare. Blinded random cases hide the diagnosis; study mode names it.

Recommended

Blinded random case

A random case with the diagnosis hidden: the link carries only an opaque code, and nothing on the page names the archetype until you commit. It is the closest this module gets to a real unknown study.

Study mode

Choose an archetype. The title names the diagnosis, so use this to learn a pattern rather than to test yourself.

Reference cases

Thirteen fixed cases, including boundary values and traps (a wedge of exactly 15, a PVR of exactly 2, a shunt, a tamponade, constriction and restriction).

Their keys were written before the engine was run, so they are checked against it rather than generated by it. They are AI-drafted and unreviewed: agreement between the key and the engine is not independent clinical validation.
